Generous gifts from the community enabled Addison Gilbert Hospital to open a new cardiology suite that provides expanded, high-quality cardiac care – all under one roof.
Gloucester residents Mollie and John Byrnes created a $150,000 challenge on behalf of the Addison Gilbert Society, inviting the Cape Ann community to join them in support of the cardiology suite. Residents stepped up to invest in the next generation of care at Addison Gilbert Hospital.
The modern cardiology suite – made possible by philanthropy – is located adjacent to the main entrance of the hospital. It has prominent visibility and expanded access that eases visits for patients and family members. The suite includes two physician offices, two well-equipped patient exam rooms, an easy-to-navigate registration area, and a spacious and serene patient and family waiting room.
By locating the cardiology suite within the walls of Addison Gilbert Hospital, patients can receive a broad continuum of cardiology services all under one roof for efficient and exceptional care.
