If you are donating supplies: you may drop off your supplies (not food) at the Beverly Hospital receiving dock/service entrance, off of Herrick Street during the following hours only: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. See the instructions below.
Please note that donations of food must be scheduled; we are currently booking out seven days or more. One of our staff members will reach out to you to schedule your delivery as soon as possible.

Drop-Off Location for Supplies
After completing the form to the left, you may drop off your supplies (not food) at the Beverly Hospital receiving dock/service entrance, off of Herrick Street.
Please enter at 87 Herrick Street at the sign for “Herrick House” and “Ledgewood” entrance, across from the large employee parking lot (please do not enter through the Beverly Hospital main entrance or Emergency entrance). You will see a small rotary in front of you; the loading dock is straight ahead on the other side of the rotary. If the loading dock door is not open, please leave your donation in the receptacle bin provided.
