Tearing through the decades!

Lauren’s playlist hits every decade from the 80s to now, including lots of rock ‘n’roll classics and even a country song that might surprise you!

This has been on my workout playlist ever since high school. It gets me motivated like Rocky!

  1. “Thunderstruck” by AC/DC

This was my wedding intro song because it’s the Patriots’ intro song. Enough said! 

  1. “Blown Away” by Carrie Underwood

I love her and I love country. This song has a great beat, it’s loud and emotional and makes you work harder!

  1. “Turn Down for What” by Dj Snake and Lil Jon

It’s a classic workout song. When you hear it, you can’t sit still.

  1. “Rise Up” by Andra Day

This song is kind of slow but has so much meaning. It’s another motivational song.

My mom and I listened to both of these songs on our many trips to chemo and radiation appointments. It motivated her and now it motivates me to run for her. I’m going to fight this ugly thing called “cancer!”
